Today, Chateau de Chinon still stands. In one of the castle’s towers, there is a museum dedicated to Joan of Arc, which contains wax figures depicting Joan of Arc petitioning Charles VII. There is also a museum of medieval musical instruments. Outside of the castle, in the medieval section of town called Rue Voltaire, the street has been restored to what it looked like when Joan of Arc came to meet Charles VII.
