service oriented seems very logical. The restructuring of the accounts division would make their
clients deal more with a regional sales manager instead of having to make it a corporate manner.
This will make the client on a more name to face basis than just an account number. I believe
that if Mr. Nolan would like to see his company be for customer service oriented he would want to take in Mary’s idea.
