do more to protect the criminals than to protect the victims. The families of victims need to feel somewhat relieved over the realization that justice was done. It is hard to find a situation where sparing a murderer’s life would be justified. Therefore, when I place the situation in perspective, I come to the conclusion that Canada’s House of Commons must put forth a Bill, which allows for the reintroduction of capital punishment.
