Buddha's teachings help to access the simplicity that promotes a state of being content in an individual and significantly reduce the amount of suffering caused by desire and excess living. Since I have discovered and applied the teachings of Buddha to my life, I have lived day-to-day with enhanced clarity and thus I am happier than ever. Advantage: me.
