The most interesting difference is the use of humour in "Of Mice and Men", especially when Lennie was trying to trick George, I found these differences a break from the serious stories however there is a serious point made through these and our liking for Lennie grows, so that his death effects the reader more. Overall "Of Mice and Men" shows the isolation more clearly then in the novel "Frankenstein".
