…showed last 75 words of 717 total…resulted in the trial of Captain Thomas Preston, even though he was not a shooter he was the captain and must take responsibility for his men’s actions. I feel that Preston was not guilty, the witnesses’ views that agreed with Preston seemed to be truthful and less slanted. Both the prosecution and the defense agreed with the same issues as Preston did and these issues made it clear that Preston was not guilty.
