However, they also do a lot to enhance democracy by educating the electorate and encouraging them to vote, recruiting and training leaders, forming a strong, stable representative government and forming policies. In conclusion, the party system is certainly not without faults but it also has its advantages, especially when compared with the alternative, which is a no party system.
