Based on the above information I have come to the conclusion that the Asian American success is indeed a myth. Once Asian Americans can reach the top levels of management then and only then will I consider Asian Americans successful. It may take some time but I believe it will happen and when it does then people may call the Asian Americans the “model minority.”
