Anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder in which the people affected, most commonly women, refuse to ear. This starving of the body leaves the person vulnerable to many other diseases and ultimately, can be fatal. Doctors may prescribe force-feeding of the anorexic in order to save life.

It’s like euthanasia, it’s their choice. In order to save the individual, the doctor must have permission to ‘force’ feed the patient.
If the life of a human is important, then force-feeding should be allowed regardless of the patient.
