It is impossible if not insane to try to have all men and women to do things alike in only one way. The only solution to this gender problem: sexism, our misunderstandings, our mutual accusations and our dissatisfaction is for us to "[Understand] the other gender's style, and [learn] to use it on occasion" (Tannen, 223).
