Life begins when the sperm fertilises the egg. This means that the embryo has human rights so to destroy it would be murder, But if the mother is at risk of deaths because of the baby or the baby will have many problems and disabilities, or also if the pregnancy is due from a crime, e.g. rape, then the pregnant women should have the choice to abort or keep her child.
