From the beginning of human kind's existence in this universe, religion has always been an important concept of life for every civilization. Even in the communist countries that support Marxist ideas, by which Freud is influenced in many aspects, people are not satisfied or happy because of the restrictions on them. In short we can say that Freud is in contradiction with himself at this point.
