It was a warm sunny afternoon, near the end of my sophomore year in high school. I had just recently obtained my first car. Of course, it wasn't exactly the nicest car I'd seen. The passenger door didn't open; water would get stuck in the doors if it rained; the air conditioner smoked if I turned it on; the hood had to be opened with a wire; it had spiders and other various creatures hiding …showed first 75 words of 858 total…

…showed last 75 words of 858 total…later told my dad and his response was basically the same; though, he was less willing to believe in the falsehood at first.
To this day I still haven't spoken the truth of this event to my parents, and honestly I really don't plan too. I'm not sure if I learned anything from this event other than how to change a tire, but I can indisputably say this was more interesting than my average day.
