If they are to sell to anyone it should not be to AOL Time Warner it should be to another company that does not already own a big part of the cable and Internet industry. If AT&T does sell to AOL Time Warner there should be stipulations on the things that the larger company should be allowed to manipulate to keep it from performing like a monopoly.
